Long Term Planning For Reception

Hi there, coming to the end of the year now and we are reviewing out planning for the year! I was wondering if anybody out there could share their long term plans with me, for both content and layout?? I am an NQT (well only for 2 more weeks!) and would appreciate any ideas/help!

I'm an NQT too struggling on my own trying to manage Reception and Summer Born year 1 class so would appreciate any help possible with long term planning. Please could you send me any good examples you get.
