Can anyone post one please, our last ones (the only ones we've ever done) were only based around our job descriptions and were rubbish. Helen Posted December 1, 2004 Share Posted December 1, 2004 Hi Rea, If you go to the members' articles, there's one called Personal Development Plan Guidelines for Management, and there are some forms for staff to complete, and also for line managers to complete when appraising their staff.
