chocisgood Posted May 9, 2009 Share Posted May 9, 2009 We have looked at how the culture of a setting impacts on its effectiveness, during a module on my degree course. I think its Handy and Aitkin who defined 4 types. Anyway, would suggest you google them and see if anything inspires you. There is lots out there. Good Luck!
