Do people still have separate Equal Opportunities and Inclusion policies or have you amalgamated the two?

we've just amalgamated the two.... and given it a fancy new name - which I can't remember ~but is the two headings together!!!

Yes we too have one policy. I think it is called Equality of Opportunity Policy or Equalities policy.
