Inge Posted March 7, 2009 Share Posted March 7, 2009 we were given the details of the split when we received the money.... it really will depend on how much you get as I believe payments are not all the same.. ours was 5000, 3000 to enhance pay and rest to enhance setting which had to have an action plan and details on how it was to be used... Guest Posted March 7, 2009 Share Posted March 7, 2009 Hi We have recvd £5000 with a list of bullet point on what it can be spent on i.e. enhancing the graduates salary, enrichment activities, professional development of the graduate etc. our LA did not specify how much of the money can be used for the salary...we decided this amongst myself and the management team. to tell you the truth it still hasnt been sorted and we had talks about it in january!!!! good luck!!!
