Guest Posted February 8, 2009 Share Posted February 8, 2009 Hi how do you work the key worker system in reception class. I am a TA in a foundation 2 class. The class teacher is named key person for half the class and myself for the others but that is as far as it goes. Guest Posted February 8, 2009 Share Posted February 8, 2009 That is how I used to run the system when I was in reception, the teachers who are there now find this difficult so they are no longer doing it. However there is a course coming up soon, so I hope we can all go on it. Will let you know what happens at the course and how the LEA advise us how to do the Key person system.
