Guest Posted February 8, 2009 Posted February 8, 2009 Hi how do you work the key worker system in reception class. I am a TA in a foundation 2 class. The class teacher is named key person for half the class and myself for the others but that is as far as it goes. I used to run a pre school and the system worked well there but I can't seem to grasp how it works within schools?
Guest Posted February 8, 2009 Posted February 8, 2009 That is how I used to run the system when I was in reception, the teachers who are there now find this difficult so they are no longer doing it. However there is a course coming up soon, so I hope we can all go on it. Will let you know what happens at the course and how the LEA advise us how to do the Key person system.
