Help Can't Renew My Subscription Due Today

Sorry am I being dense but I have been sent an E-mail saying my subscription needs to be renewed but i don't seem to be able to find where I have to renew it !

I have been to my control panel and looked at my subscription info but I just don't know where I've got to pay !

I'm not really sure what you're meant to do. If you go to your control panel and look under options, one of the selections is 'Purchase Paid Subsriptions'. If you click on this does it not take you to somewhere you can pay?

Thanks for your reply ! No I have nothing that comes up saying where I have to pay so a bit stuck as what to do next ! Perhaps I will have to try tomorrow and see if something changes or find someone who is in the know !

Thanks hali - motherclanger did as you suggested and the problem is resolved.

 

If anyone else is puzzled by this, what happens is that the system automatically generates an email to let members know a day or so before their subscription expires. It's not possible to renew, however, until it actually does so (otherwise people would lose a day's subscription ), so until a message pops up when you're actually in the forum you can't renew.
