Lucy P Posted May 20, 2008 Share Posted May 20, 2008 We regularly employ apprentices, and give them all the same info as other staff including contracts, the only difference is this clause: "Due to your position being an apprenticeship, your employment with xxxxx will continue as long as you are partaking in this course in childcare. Should you decide to dispense with the course before completion, then your employment will automatically be terminated."
