Guest Biker Posted May 5, 2008 Share Posted May 5, 2008 We have been revamping our planning/observations i would be interested to know how evryone else is managing this. We have 24 children at out pre-school sessions. Each keyworker has two children to target for observations (we all still carry out incidental post it obs for all children) each week and then targets those children in the planning the next week.)
