Hi

 

I recently had an interview for a senior practitioner role, we had to do a presentation on the new EYFS so they asked us a few questions about that and also questions about

 

How you would help to promote effective team work in the setting

 

How you would deal with complaints

 

importance of understanding play and promoting this is the setting

 

erm struggling to remember any others but there was an emphashis on team work, managing a team, qualities you may bring to the role etc

Thank you for all your replys wolfie the questions are excellent I manage a CC daycare and the post isdeputy within CC so gave me a good idea of what was needed

In addition to those questions, the candidates were also asked to do a 10 minute presentation - if I remember rightly it was along the lines of how to promote effective teamwork within the nursery rooms.
