Hi all :0) Am wanting to do this topic next half term and looking for some inspirational ideas :0) Seriously lacking these as the end of term draws near!! Has anyone done this topic before or can you give me an idea where I can find a medium term plan linked to this topic?? Am doing this for the first time and changing schools normal routine of a 'roll-over' system! Would really appreciate your ideas ;0)

Sorry Kirtash, meant to get back to you on this one.

I dont have a MTP for traditional tales but I do love working from stories and often go that route. I choose different stories, maybe not exactly what we call traditional now but modern classics and go from there, I particularly like The Gruffalo, Elmer, Peace at Last, Whatever next. Also Goldilocks and next term Im going to try The Rainbow Fish, I think! I start with the story and take it where the children lead.

Hi Kirtash

How did your topic on Traditional Tales go?

I'm planning that for second half of this term. Did you find any MTPs. I would be very grateful to see them.

Thanks,

Leila
