Guest Posted December 5, 2007 Posted December 5, 2007 Hi all :0) Am wanting to do this topic next half term and looking for some inspirational ideas :0) Seriously lacking these as the end of term draws near!! Has anyone done this topic before or can you give me an idea where I can find a medium term plan linked to this topic?? Am doing this for the first time and changing schools normal routine of a 'roll-over' system! Would really appreciate your ideas ;0)
Guest Reb3 Posted December 20, 2007 Posted December 20, 2007 Am just doing my MT plans for this topic will put them up here when I'm done but if anyone has any good activity ideas they'd be happy to share I'd be grateful. Thanks Rebecca P.S Enjoy your hols everyone
Susan Posted December 20, 2007 Posted December 20, 2007 Sorry Kirtash, meant to get back to you on this one. I dont have a MTP for traditional tales but I do love working from stories and often go that route. I choose different stories, maybe not exactly what we call traditional now but modern classics and go from there, I particularly like The Gruffalo, Elmer, Peace at Last, Whatever next. Also Goldilocks and next term Im going to try The Rainbow Fish, I think! I start with the story and take it where the children lead.
