Guest Posted October 17, 2007 Posted October 17, 2007 usually from Tesco, Asda or Sainsbury......not brought them lately though!
narnia Posted October 17, 2007 Posted October 17, 2007 must have missed the original posts, but it sounds interesting..........where are they???????
dublinbay Posted October 17, 2007 Posted October 17, 2007 Sounds popular...............what are we talking about?
Jo jo Posted October 17, 2007 Author Posted October 17, 2007 Thanks everyone I will try a bigger tesco's store tonight couldn't find them in sainsburys or morrisons not the ones I need anyway, thought maybe people don't use them any more!
dublinbay Posted October 17, 2007 Posted October 17, 2007 Yes, but what do we do with the coffee filters?
hali Posted October 17, 2007 Posted October 17, 2007 if they are wet and you add coulred pens to them it looks a bit like tie dye!!! you can make great patterns
dublinbay Posted October 18, 2007 Posted October 18, 2007 Thanks for that Hali, Never heard of this before so I can't wait to try. Sounds great.
Jo jo Posted October 18, 2007 Author Posted October 18, 2007 You can also use pipets and drop coloured water on them different approach gets a similar result use round ones hen add a tail and fins when making fish!
HappyMaz Posted October 18, 2007 Posted October 18, 2007 Or children can cut them into interesting shapes while they're dry and then write/colour on them and drop the water on afterwards so they can see the colours mixing and separating. Black is especially interesting... Maz
dublinbay Posted October 22, 2007 Posted October 22, 2007 Thanks for that Peggy - looking forward to trying some of the ideas!
