DavidW Posted September 30, 2007 Share Posted September 30, 2007 We want to change the way we plan-want to stop writing and re writing everything.We want a plan for the year of what areas of development we are concentrating on for example at this time of year PSE eg seperating from carer.I could go through our record of achievement picking out relevent targets but am very stressed at the mo and wondered if anyone has seen something similar.It seems to me everyone is doing the same pieces of work all around the country-I want to be freed up from paper to do the job I love. help please Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
