Guest Posted September 29, 2007 Share Posted September 29, 2007 I must say that I went for a couple of interviews for deputy of a children's centre that were on teachers pay and conditions. For both posts I was told that although it is teacher's pay and conditions I would be expected to work during the school holidays. I must admit that it has put me off the posts as I have a five year old and no family living nearby who could have her. I may look again when she is older.
