In this tutorial we're going to look at how to access and use the Relative Activity Screen. Please note by default only managers will be able to see this screen, if you want staff to be able to access it you will just need to change the user permission for this to 'permitted'. This tutorial talks you through the user permissions on Tapestry.

(1) Click on the 'Tracking' tab.

(1) This will indicate which screen you are currently viewing. This is the 'Individual' view screen.

(2) You can then select the period/full history or custom period you wish to see Relative Activity for. In this example, we are viewing the full history for the year 2017/2018.

(3) You can then select the individual child for whom you wish to view relative/s activity.

(4) You also have the option to 'reset filters' if you wish to amend/re-select your options.

(5) You can export your results as a CSV or PDF file from here.

(6) Once you have selected the child, the name/s of the relative/s linked to the child's profile will appear as a list in the first column.

(7) You will then be able to see the relative/s activity for the child broken down into the following categories:

Total Observations: The total number of observations created by this relative.

Comment Percentage: The percentage of all observations commented on.

Like Percentage: The percentage of all observations liked.

Access Percentage: The percentage of observations viewed. (Note: This data has only been recorded since 28th March 2018 06:00 p.m. so we only consider observations created from then onwards.)

Last Created: The date of the last observation created by the relative.

(8) You can also sort each column individually by clicking the small blue arrow to view the results as ascending or descending
