EmilyTapestrySupport
On Tapestry you can use the Reflections Relative Activity Screen to track how many reflections, and the types of reflection, relatives are making on your account. For you to be able to see this screen you will need to ensure Reflections have been enabled for relatives, otherwise it won't show up at all for you. A manager can enable Reflections for relatives from the management area of Tapestry, the Control Panel. To do this you just need to click on your name in the top right-hand corner (1) and select 'Control Panel' from the drop-down list (2).You'll then need to select the 'Settings' option from the left-hand menu (3) and from that drop-down list, selecting 'Reflections' (4). On the Reflections Settings page you just need to tick the option 'Allow relatives to access Reflections' (5). Remember to press save after doing this! To then access the Reflections Relative Activity screen, you just need to click on the 'Tracking' option at the top of the screen (1), select 'Reflections' from the frameworks menu (2) and then click on the 'Relatives' button in the 'Activity' section (3). Once you get to the Relative Activity page you can select a period of time to view (1), whether you want draft reflections to contribute (2) and you can then filter down which reflections you want to contribute (e.g. with media, with comments etc.) from the 'Reflections' filters (3). If you select options from the Reflections filters and you only want reflections that include all those criteria to contribute, you just need to tick the 'Reflections must contain all of these tags' option (4). From these options you can also choose whether you want to include: reflections both for specific children and not for specific children, just for specific children or just not for specific children (5) and you can select to only include reflections for specific groups of children from the 'Children' filters (6). After making your selection above, in the chart you will then see the names of the relatives that have made reflections for the group of children you have chosen to view and that match your search criteria (1). Please note that relatives that haven't made any reflections that match your filter criteria won't show up in this list. For these relatives you can then see (taking into account your criteria) how many reflections are visible to them and how many they have created, commented on, liked and viewed. You can also see the date they last created a reflection and when they were last active (2). You can export this chart if you wish using the CSV and PDF buttons (3).
