By default, only managers will be able to see and create reports for children on Tapestry, but if you would like staff to be able to do that too, there is a setting that you can change from within the browser version of Tapestry. You are able to decide whether you would like to give all staff access to reports or just certain members of staff.

To do this you will need to go to the Control Panel by clicking on your name in the top right hand corner and selecting that from the drop-down menu.

From the left hand side menu select 'User Permissions'.

You will then need to scroll down the page until just over halfway and you'll see a section that says 'reports', to change the permission click on the 'Edit' button.

If you want to allow all staff to access and edit reports you will need to select the 'permitted' option and press save.

To only allow some staff permission you will need to select the 'Set different permissions for some users' option. This will provide a list of all full and PIN-only members of staff. Managers will not show up on this list as they are always permitted to perform these actions. You can then select the 'permitted' option for the members of staff you would like to allow access to the reports. Once you're done just remember to press the save button!

Best wishes,
