Pricing changes
As of the 1st January 2019, Tapestry subscription prices will be increasing to allow us to continue to improve the service and features you enjoy today.
Any invoices issued during December will still have the old prices applied, if paid within thirty days of the invoice being generated. For more information and to see a list of the new prices please visit this page.

Changes to the EYFS Analysis Overview
As some of you may have noticed, we have recently made some alterations to the EYFS Analysis Overview section. These changes were made so that as we add more functionality to Tapestry, it remains easy to navigate and ensures all the tracking screens can be found without difficulty. We started this process a while ago by combining the Snapshot and Analysis tabs under ‘Tracking’.
This month we have moved the EYFS pie chart, which shows the breakdown of observations for each area of learning, from Tracking -> General -> Setting Overview to the EYFS Thoroughness section. To access the pie chart, you just need to go to the Tracking tab, ensure you are on the EYFS section and in the ‘Thoroughness’ box, select the ‘Overview’ button.
On the Setting Overview page, which you can find from Tracking -> General -> Setting Overview, you can now also find direct links to the EYFS, CoEL, Leuven and KS1/KS2 dashboards. These links were added to allow you to move between the screens more easily.
We hope you find these changes help you use Tapestry in a more user-friendly way.
New Features
Group observation page filter
We have now added a new option to the page filters available on the Observations page. This will allow you to include group observations, hide group observations or only see group observations on this page.
If you would like some help understanding the page filters on Tapestry, you just need to follow this tutorial.
Ability to export the KS1/2 Group Summative Assessment screens
After hearing feedback from our users that they would like to be able to export the KS1 and KS2 Summative Assessment Group View screens, we’ve now added the ability to export them as a PDF.
You can find the option to do this on these screens in the top right-hand corner above the chart, you just need to click on the ‘PDF’ button.
End of support for some browsers and operating systems
Over the next few weeks we will be dropping support for browsers and operating systems that do not support what is known as 'SNI'. The reason behind this is to allow us to make our site more secure by dropping support for some protocols that are now considered too easy to break.
The most common example of what we will drop support for is Internet Explorer 6 or 7 running on Windows XP. Any more modern browser on Windows XP should still be okay and any more modern operating system should also be fine.
We believe that almost no-one should be affected by this but if you are using a device that has a very old operating system, please consider upgrading the device or, at the very least, upgrading the web browser you use on the device, so that your use of Tapestry remains secure.

Where to find Tapestry invoices
If your account is currently up for renewal and you need a copy of your invoice to make payment or if you just need a previously paid invoice for your records, any manager set up within your account can download a copy of this. To do this they just need to go to the Control Panel within their account and on the ‘Overview’ section, they can click where it says ‘Download PDFs of your most recent invoices’.
Your account holder (you can see who this is from the Overview page on the Control Panel as well) can also download and pay any invoices through your Foundation Stage Forum account. When you purchase a Tapestry package, this also includes a subscription to the forum. This is where you can manage your Tapestry account from, as well as have access to a range of Tapestry resources and the forum itself! This tutorial here talks you through how to access invoices through your forum account.
