We're a small privately owned nursery business in West Sussex with nurseries in Steyning and Haywards Heath. We're currently looking to recruit an Early Years Professional (EYP) to work in our Steyning setting.
This is a full time position with an immediate start opportunity.

You will assist the Childcare Manager of Steyning and work closely with the Childcare Director of both our settings. Your goal is to consistently achieve high standards of childcare by leading and directing staff and through using your outstanding knowledge of the EYFS.

To achieve this you'll need to be able to supervise staff, effectively delegate responsibility, challenge staff appropriately, lead staff meetings and training, praise staff, recognise good work and give appropriate rewards, listen and communicate to staff, parents and external organizations and work well within a close team.

You'll need your Early Years Professional Status and previous nursery work experience.
