I have been really poorly yesterday was awful,sort of fluey,felt i was dying.Then my hubby decides to be ill too!!! So guess who was looking after who? Yes 6pm saw him tucked up on sofa with blanket and me curled up on chair in my jim jams with a big roaring fire and we were still cold!! Had to cancel our visit to the pub with our lads and girlfrends and my visit to midnight service, :wacko:

Today howver i dosed myself on flu tablets and felt a little better but hubby was bad today and after checking and feeding animals (no lambs this year)he managed a little dinner and went to bed.

The lads and i had a good time tho then they went off clay pigeon shooting and left me on my own to clear up!!

but hey it was lovely to have them all together again think it ,may be the last year,got a feeling girlfriends and even maybe wives may be part of the picture this time next year!! so may have to share them with in laws.

Going to have a nice soak in bath with my lovely smelly prezzies and go to bed early got to do it all over again tomo for rest of family

heres to the new year think I'll go away,on me own

im really stuggling to get some oomph!!! I am getting through the chores but one by one and sitting down in between,dont know whats up with me i think im just exhausted from last week!!

My oH on the other hand has managed to find time to go and watch football!! Hmm its funny how he can never find time to come shopping with me isnt it? And beau how was it? im just thinking about it at mo!!

We had an extra pressie last year from santa when hubby went out to feed the animals we had our first twin lambs of the season. Dont supose we will be as lucky to repeat this year,and yes Holly and Ivy are still with us!!!

i just want to rewrite a specific obs for my assigniment so i can change the name etc and dont have a blank one at home but do have an ordinary obs sheet i could use.

every child matters - meeting childs individual needs

childrens rights act

ask there polcy on inclusion and diversity point out it doesnt just mean multi cultural or children with sen

new eyfs a statutary framework to implement in sept - big emphasis on individual child

im sure someone will come along with more and the right way to put your case

if you are in the pla couldnt you ring lawcall for advise it is free and we found them very helpful surely they arent just there for the committee? you will need the pla number possibly.

Implement a contextual analysis of the setting you work making ref to physical environment inc resorces/facilities,ethos,the staffing,practioners roles and responsibilities

Now i have lots of ideas as we have to make reference to the theorists,behaviourists,leglislation etc

What Im struggling to do is how to set it out (I struggled with my last one too)

This is task 1 of 4 the others being,information of how we meet all our childrens needs and a portfolio of learning plans and records with reflection and a profile of child with specific need all of which I can also make ref to above but what im struggling with it is 2000 words of which 500 each section.

Do i do my analysis as a description of our day/routine and refer to the theorist etc that way? Its going to be more then 500 words im sure.

Or do I just mention our own ethos set up etc and how we approach things quoting some theorists etc

i would really appreciate some advice (I have asked at uni but i think Im the only one not geting it!! and dont want them to think im daft!!)

As they are both not til april couldnt you be honest if offered first job and say you interested in another post but wont know til january if they really want you they might wait.

have police and others in to talk to the chuldren

I like the idea of twinkl twinkle too!! as it is somthing the children will all beable to join in with

if it isnt to hard what a bout a big star on a stick with perhaps their friends photo on it whcih someone could hold up while they sing or if you feel thats to much just a twinkiling star?will understand if you think its not appropriate as only you know how everyone will percieve it.

it is tricky but ours have usually got involved through their wives voluntering them!!

yes I was thinking that maz, about maybe ringing acas (lawcall) as when we had staff grievences 3 years ago they were brilliant in advising the right procedure for the committee so i presume they will for staff too!so might be worth ringing mcfletch
