Guest Posted May 30, 2007 Share Posted May 30, 2007 Hi There, When I generate the reports I save them in word and then tweek them from there by adding my general comments and deleting he/he she/he or h/she errors. From there I can also add a photgraph of the child to the front cover, change font size/colour and type making them more indivdual to our setting. I hope that helps.
