Guest Posted April 23, 2007 Share Posted April 23, 2007 Our school is about to re-jig the layout / format for end of year reports. I have been asked to give some input for the Foundation report. Does anyone know what we HAVE to include in them? Would anyone be willing to share how you do yours, what works well, any that have had good feedback or aything else that might be useful. Guest Posted April 24, 2007 Share Posted April 24, 2007 We use to write totally personal statements but rest of school wanted to simplify report writing and have tick boxes so ours were adapted in line with this. Foundation stage formats are based on the FSP and our county's nursery profile.
