Guest Posted April 3, 2007 Share Posted April 3, 2007 (edited) Hi. Feel free to pinch bits from ours. We are a Christian pre-school and this is reflected clearly in our equal opps policy. It took ages to update it but I was very fortunate to have guidance and input from a friend who teaches equal opps! My friend told me that I should also have a Race Relations policy - as yet I haven't managed to get on any LEA training. Does anyone have one they can share?
