TORO Posted February 22, 2007 Share Posted February 22, 2007 Hello everyone, I need your expert advise urgently, for tommorrow could anyone pls help me out with the types of questions Ofsted will ask a manager at a fit person interview. l have also been told that they would expect all rooms to have at least a level 3, apart from the manager. Basically you need to be familiar with all the policies and procedures of your setting so that you are able to answer scenario type questions in connection with these..."What would you do if?" type questions.
