TORO Posted February 22, 2007 Posted February 22, 2007 Hello everyone, I need your expert advise urgently, for tommorrow could anyone pls help me out with the types of questions Ofsted will ask a manager at a fit person interview. l have also been told that they would expect all rooms to have at least a level 3, apart from the manager. So desperate thanks Quote
Helen Posted February 22, 2007 Posted February 22, 2007 Hi Toro, Who has called it the "fit person" interview"? Do you mean the chat with the person responsible for the setting/ie the registered person? Quote
Guest Wolfie Posted February 22, 2007 Posted February 22, 2007 I think you mean the suitable persons interview? Basically you need to be familiar with all the policies and procedures of your setting so that you are able to answer scenario type questions in connection with these..."What would you do if?" type questions. Don't worry too much, a lot of it is common sense! Yes, I think it is good paractice to have a level 3 in charge of each room. Quote
TORO Posted February 22, 2007 Author Posted February 22, 2007 hi Helen, Yes to your question Helen, Thank you. Quote
Helen Posted February 23, 2007 Posted February 23, 2007 Hi Toro, Sorry I couldn't get back on the forum last night.....school disco followed by exhaustion prevented me! I hope it went well today. I agree with Wolfie, in that it's all about what you know and do each and every day. Quote
