Deb Posted February 7, 2007 Share Posted February 7, 2007 Hi Have to make jam buns tomorrow using a stiff 'rock cake' consisency mixture, making a thumb print hole in the middle for a spoonful of jam. Has found rock cake mixture using 12 oz s/r flour and 3 oz margerine, 3 oz caster sugar but wondered if anybody had a recipie using spoon measurements so that the children could have individual bowls etc. Hope that makes sense, bit of headache so head bit fuzzy.
