I am once again calling on your help for my FD but this time, I am looking for an example of an Individual Education Plan to include in my Parents/Carers module as work are being awful as usual and not allowing me to copy one to put in. I was wondering if someone had an example of an IEP they use in their settings and if you would be willing to share it, so as I may include it in my appendices of my assignment. Obviously I would prefer one without the name of your setting on, so I'm really only looking for a rough guide. If you would be willing and able to help, I would be so grateful. Thanks in advance! The best I've seen were pictorial with the child's own contribution but we werent allowed a copy as they included the child's photographs.
