Guest Really Posted November 12, 2006 Share Posted November 12, 2006 It is my assembly at the end of the week and our main focus this week will be recycling which ties in nicely with materials. I was thinking of doing an assembly related to it but as I have to involve all 30 Reception children I am struggling for ideas. My other option is to act out the story of Mr Gumpy's outing, we are doing that as a big book this week in Literacy and the children can show some of their work so all the class would be involved. Do I go for the recycling assembly or not? Or has anyone any ideas of a big book that touches on recycling/materials (not the 3 little pigs though). My brain seems to have stopped working! Thanks.
