beth1 Posted November 9, 2006 Posted November 9, 2006 Just come back from college and we have had a very strange day. First thing this morning we got our piece of writing back - I got an not very nice report on mine along with others. We all confused on how to write accademic writing. Then we swapped classes to personal development and mangagement - oh dear where is a managment post aggghhh I can do the role of the mangers post already. I must be learning the role from somewere. I was also telling the tutor about this forum and she thinks it's a great reasource for all childcare workers!! Well this afternoon we had creative dancing, we were all scared! But it ended up being a fun afternoon. A local Bradford company came in to visit. We had a presentation on what they do, then we split into 2 groups and my group made vistual arts cards first then did dancing. The dancing was soo much fun we could not stop laughing. We played with scaves, learned folk and bangra dancing oh also dancing with a stick. All the dancing were related to working with the early years. Now all I want to do is rest, I think I have had enough for the day!!!! Beth Quote

Guest Posted November 9, 2006 Posted November 9, 2006 We used to have to do a lot of dance when i was teacher training. I used to dread it but it would always de-stress us - it was a nice light relief after the stresses of other subjects and it was always a good giggle! Quote
beth1 Posted November 10, 2006 Author Posted November 10, 2006 Yes it was, I also forgot to say the dancing was Indian sub-contenant folk and bangra!! I also made a lovey birthday card for my Gran and I need to get more materials to finish off the other card I made for my Anty! If they don't like them tough!!!!!!!!! Beth Quote
