I have looked on this section, read some articals and now I am just wanting to know how and what happens in one. I am going to be doing a placement for college in one from next week. How does it work out, I visited at lunch time and there were still some children playing with 2 members of staff. How do you plan for play in a mixed age group when nursery children are am and pm. How does the staffing work and staffing ratio etc. I am also not sure how my FSU works until I meet the children and staff next week.
