beth1 Posted October 26, 2006 Posted October 26, 2006 Hi I am stuck in a rut, I am trying to find another job in childcare, so far I have tried writing Specutalvice letters to everwere, applying for jobs out of the local papers. Does anyone have any other ideas to increase my chances of gaining employment within the childcare sector? Thanks in advance Beth Quote

Guest Posted October 26, 2006 Posted October 26, 2006 Beth have you tried the kirklees website for vacancies, i check it every week just to see whats on offer this week there is a job for a family centre worker its only 22.5 hrs a week pay between £12.500 --13.000. It might be worth a look. 22.5 hours actually sounds quite good Quote
Guest Posted October 26, 2006 Posted October 26, 2006 Your local council will have a website that will often have childcare jobs advertised (not the CIS one). At the moment there are a fair few jobs around in children's centres, etc. Also try NCH and Barnardos (think they have sites), as they manage many childcare services and will advertise jobs on them.
