Guest
Can anyone give me any examples of other coordinator roles apart from Senco and Health & Safety, BTTM and Foundation Stage? I have some staff who I feel would be motivated by having a coordinator role. I need an ENCO but are there any others I could invent?!

Guest
It's interesting to see what people have in their settings. Am enjoying hearing all the different roles and trying to mentally match them to staff in my setting (or not - in the case of some of them!) Guest
All staff in our setting have an area of the curriculum for which they are responsible based on the six areas of learning although KUW is split with Science being one element and ICT and rest being another. These posts then link to staff members in the primary school and staff work together on curriculum developments etc. It sounds fancy but it isn't and it gives staff another focus than just on the children.
