Guest Posted October 1, 2006 Posted October 1, 2006 we did one last week from the Year 1 Music Express book Hands can hold and hands can squeeze Hands can rest upon your knees Hands can clap Hands can shake What kind of sounds can your hands make Can't really explain the tune though sorry. Clap Your hands and wiggle your fingers Clap your hands and wiggle your fingers Clap your hands and wiggle your fingers now we've made a pattern to the tune of Bobby Shaftoe (sp?)
Guest Posted October 1, 2006 Posted October 1, 2006 Our children love this: I have ten little fingers and they all belong to me wave fingers in the air I can make them do things would you like to see? I can shut them up tight shut hands into fists Or open them all wide open fingers as wide as you can Put them all together clasp fingers together Or make them all hide [i]Hide behind back I can make them jump high wave them above your head I can make them jump low wiggle them around your feet I can hold them quietly Put hands in your lap And fold them all just so Fold hands together Sorry can't name the tune (but i could sing it for you!) jill
