The interview went very well, there was one question i was unable to answer but they were fine with that. They were very impressed at my Ofsted staff meeting presentation that i did.... and i got the job, yay The deputy is understandably a bit miffed but i think she will get used to it, and i have explained to her that since this is my first managerial role i will be needing her to help work with me whilst i settle in my new role, and from there on inwards aswell. all other staff are very pleased for me... letters go out to the parents tommorow, Dawn Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

I am so hugely pleased, becoming manager is all i ever wanted, and im sure it will be filled with ups and downs and challenges, as well as good times... i really am looking forward to it all and to continue progressing the nursery as much as possible.
