I Cursed The Fish..... Oooppssss

The other week i suggested that i would happily trade our nursery fish for snails... well i cursed it hee hee, because i got to work this morning at 7:20 to find two of the three fish floating at the top of the tank... all i can say is yuk! i never seen a dead fish (except of course in tesco's ) and it was horrid.... needless to say the fish were sent to heaven (the bin outside) and the children have been full of questions about heaven and how the fish got there.... so one more fish to go and i get the snails hee hee.... but when the next fish passes away it would be nice if it did it when im not opening up.... two dead fish is enough for me... my manger found it highly amusing at how 'traumatised' lol, that i was

I had a mother the other day who was telling me about her child's goldfish that had died. He caught her just about to flush it down the toilet. He asked her what she was doing, she explained it had died etc and did he want to bury it in the garden, she said she felt very guilty but he replied no thats fine its soul is already in the clouds thats just its bones!!!!!!

oh bless..i remember when i buried my little girls hamster, we buried it in a blanket with some sweeties to take to heaven, the next day she asked me if we could dig it up to see if the sweeties had gone!!!!
