Beau Posted June 11, 2006 Share Posted June 11, 2006 A structured description is a written observation which you plan in advance and then basically write everything you see that is relevant to this during a chosen activity. One with precoded catergories is where you think about the things you want to observe and list them and then just have some way of indicating whether the child is able to do them or not.
