Guest
Hi, Just wondering how the SEN allowance pay scale worked. I know I get extra but are there different levels of SEN allowance? and if so how does this work? is it based on the amount of experience you have had or on the severity of the pupils you are working with? thanks Jo

Guest
Hi, There are 2 SEN points available as an addition to your main scale salary. These awarded by the governors based on experience. I have 1 point, most in school have 2. Hope that helps.
