Medicine, incident and bumps and bruises from home forms

Are these forms that can be added or the option for us to add the forms we use in the settings for staff to complete online and parents to be able to sign?

We will soon be adding Medication and Incident forms to the Care Diary! I have made a note to update you here when those features are released :)
