Lauren Posted 12 hours ago Posted 12 hours ago Yesterday we released the new look for Tapestry! It now has a refreshed, modern design that makes navigation simpler and gives us room to grow. Here are some more details: Brand new Tapestry accounts (whole subscriptions, not new users) and trials will go straight onto the new look. Existing users will have the choice to switch between the current blue design and the new purple one for a while. Every staff member and relative on existing accounts will be able to explore the new look individually via their own login. They will see a button titled ‘Try the new look’. The new look does not apply to Child Login. Although we will update what it looks like for children when they have logged in at some point, that is not part of this release. Any manager can schedule the permanent switch for all staff and relatives on their account. A new version of the app will be following in the coming months. New features included in this release (and only available on the new designs): Bulk option for notifying relatives of care diary entries. Bulk options for making care diary entries visible to relatives. Enhanced editing of photos e.g. selecting areas to blur and adding annotations. The new Drafts feature for observations. These will be stored server-side so can be accessed from any device. They’ll be visible to the author of the draft and all managers. This feature is only available for staff - relatives and children cannot add their own. You can see some screenshots and FAQs on our support site.
