Abigail Aveyard Posted August 28 Posted August 28 Hi, I am not sure if I am missing something. We do not charge for food if children have given 4 weeks notice of a holiday. Is there a way of doing this on Tapestry. I am considering moving over to invoices on Tapestry from my current system, but it won't work without being able to do 1 off discounts. We can't cancel full weeks as they still pay the private fees on the weeks they are on holiday. Thank you Quote

If you have added 'food' as an extra charge, and this is part of a child's regular schedule, then you'll be able to create a new schedule for the period they are on holiday. When creating the schedule for that week/s, just be sure to remove the extra charge of food. If their current schedule doesn't have an end date, this will pick back up after the holiday schedule has ended. You can read more about adding a new schedule by clicking here.
