Changes.

There seem to be a lot of changes going on in Tapestry at the moment. We appear to be having some issues with a few little things . Are these likely to settle down as things are tested?? today for instance i cannot attach any previously taken photos !

we are having issues with saved drafts not uploading too and the development matters seem to be available on some systems but not on others!

We use amazon fires and i have an Iphone which we use for social media etc.

We're sorry to hear you are having a few issues with Tapestry at the moment. Please do be assured we do always try and test all updates/changes as thoroughly as possible before they are released. 

We've not made any changes recently to drafts or how photos are attached to observations on Tapestry, so we can look into these for you could you drop us an email to customer.service@eyfs.info confirming what device/s you are experiencing these issues on and what app version they are running (this can be found at the bottom of the app login screen). 

In terms of the development matters not appearing on all devices the first thing to check is that you have the latest app version installed on all your devices. We generally find the easiest way to check is to search for Tapestry on the App/Play store and see if the option to update the app is there. If they are all up to date, again could you drop us an email confirming what devices you aren't seeing them on.

Hopefully we can do some investigating and get these issues sorted for you so you can get back to using Tapestry smoothly as normal.

had to log out of my account to get the version....now locked out cos i forgot my password!😱😂
