AlexandraTapestrySupport Posted February 26 Posted February 26 In this tutorial we'll look at the new Summative Assessment tracking screen for your Bespoke Frameworks. If you haven't already added your own curriculum to Tapestry through our Bespoke Framework feature then please take a look at these tutorials first. We also have Bespoke Framework Thoroughness tracking screens which you can read about here. To access the Summative Assessment tracking screen go to Tracking (1) > Bespoke Frameworks (2) > and then select 'Individual View' underneath the Summative Assessment heading (3). Here you'll have a few filter options to select. You'll need to choose a child (1), and select the year and period (2). These will default to today's year and period, and you can see the dates that this covers (3). If you need to set or amend your assessment periods then please refer to this tutorial. You will need to select the bespoke framework that you'd like to view the summative assessment for (4) and then choose whether you'd like to include unapproved observations or not (5). If you're happy with the assessment values then you can lock the screen (1). This will stop the values from changing with any more assessments you make, and will also prevent you making manual changes. Remember to 'Save' (2) if you make a change to the locked status. At the top you also have an option to export the Summative Assessment screen into a CSV and PDF file (3). The first detailed column will show you your framework's components, such as subject, area, and aspect (1). If your selectable components have been used within an observation then they will be ticked (2) and if you have scale items the values will also be shown (3). On the Bespoke Frameworks Summative Assessment screen, the values will always be taken from the latest observation. The 'Show Details' button in the furthest column (4) will show you how and when the assessment was made through the relevant observations (5). You can expand and collapse your framework and components using the arrows in the far left (6). Similar to other Summative Assessment screens on Tapestry, if you wish to make changes on this screen then you can override the current values. If an statement hasn't yet been assessed then you'll first need to tick the relevant box (2) and then you can select a new value (2). If you make any changes then remember to 'Save' (3). Any changes you make through this screen will result in a new Staff Only observation being created to reflect the assessment and values given.
