How do I ask for all my data to be deleted?

If you are a Tapestry user and would like some or all of your data to be deleted, in most cases you will need to contact the school, nursery, or childminder who set the account up. They will be able to delete/amend your account and any content within Tapestry. 

That is because they are what is known as the 'data controller' and we are the 'data processor'. This means only they can decide what data is collected and stored or otherwise processed by Tapestry, and we can only follow their explicit instructions.
