Hi

 

I wonder if anyone can help me - We have a member staff who also has a child in setting - other than setting up another email account is there anyway she can have a staff and parent account?

we had this a couple of years ago and the answer then was no...she needed another email account for tapestry. Not difficult to do of course especially if you are only using it for that

That's correct, they will need two different email address if they need both a staff and parent profile on one account.
