Cheryl_Herrick Posted October 9, 2020 Share Posted October 9, 2020 Hi As there are restrictions due to Covid regarding parents coming into the sessions. we are finding the memo section helpful for staff to send messages, reports, information to parents instead of using observations. Though is there a way a parent can write a memo to the staff member? we don't want to parents to use staff email as correspondence as being on Tapestry it is on one place. BenTapestrySupport Posted October 9, 2020 Share Posted October 9, 2020 Hi Cheryl, At the moment, memos can not be created by relatives, but I have added this to our developer list as a way for relatives to message without going in to journals would be useful, especially if settings end up with remote learning again. At the moment though they will have to add their message as an observation which you can leave as not in journal, so it does not appear when exported.
