Quicker way to upload profile photos

Profile picture upload pages are now available for managers on the browser version of Tapestry. This feature should cut down the amount of time it takes to add profile pictures for new children, relatives, and staff joining your school or setting.

You can find it in the control panel by going to the ‘Manage Children’, ‘Manage Relatives’ or ‘Manage Staff’ page, depending on who you’re adding profile pictures for. You should be able to see a button on each of those pages labelled ‘Update Profile Pictures’. For the children, you can also access it from the ‘Children’ page by ticking the boxes next to the children you want to add/change a picture for. 

This is a manager only feature, so if you’re logged in as a full staff or PIN only staff member, you won’t see that option.
