prowlerchick Posted September 24, 2019 Posted September 24, 2019 Hi everyone My teaching partner and I were wondering if anyone has a way of recording how well children show the characteristics of effective learning as a baseline? As part of our school improvement plan we are developing children's resilience and their use of the characteristics however as part of our appraisals we need to use quantitative evidence to show these are improving. Has anyone got any ideas on how we can do this? What sortof baseline could we use? Many thanks!
mundia Posted September 26, 2019 Posted September 26, 2019 I'm sure different LAs might have something you can use or adapt. Have you asked if your LA? There might be something in the resources here that other members have shared. I know Bristol developed a COEL resource which you can download and use. If do do a search for bristol characteristics of effective learning, you should be able to find it.
