Cindy Bamford
I'm having problems uploading photos taken on a Kindle Fire onto Tapestry, has anyone else had this problem? I am wondering if it is down to parental control settings and if so what controls need to be changed.
OlayaTapestrySupport
Hi Cindy, First of all, welcome to the forum!! I am really sorry that your first post had to be about the app not working as expected for you. It could be due to parental control settings, but it might also be down to other reasons. May I ask what exactly happens when you try to upload a photo? Is the app not letting you access your camera/gallery at all? Could you please go to the login page for the app, where you enter your PIN or email address and password? If you look at the very bottom of the page you should be able to see a short line of text starting with 'Version I'. Could you please tell me what it says? In the meantime, you can try disabling your parental control by: Dragging down from the top of the screen to open the Quick Settings menu. Tapping "More" and selecting "Parental Controls." Entering the Parental Controls password. Tapping "Off" in the Parental Controls section to disable the feature. Alternatively, tap "Blocked" next to any blocked feature to unblock it, or tap "Off" next to enabled protection features, such as Password Protect Purchases or Password Protect Wi-Fi, to disable them. Tapping the "Back" icon to exit Parental Controls. Best wishes, Olaya
